The Egg Chair™ or also called "Egg" lounge chair is an icon of Danish furniture design. The armchair has an original egg-shell shape that has made it unique and world famous. The Danish designer Arne Jacobsen created the Egg Chair™ in 1958 for the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The armchair invites you to sit comfortably and read. It is a classic wing chair and offers privacy through the poster in the head area of the chair. The armchair is equipped with a star base in satin polished aluminium, which can be tilted and rotated.
