Artek JL341 Pendant

Finding beauty in simplicity, architect Juha Leiviskä used lightweight white aluminium to create this generous ceiling light. The light in Nordic design hangs effortlessly from a single white cable, while its thin, disk-like shade illuminates with a bright glow, emitting a delicate and warm light. Two versions of this JL341 pendant from Finnish manufacturer Artek are available: With lower reflectors in white or brass.

In the designing of the pendant lights in Scandinavian look that form the Artek collection, great attention has been paid to meeting two criteria. Firstly, each light should be seen and must satisfy aesthetic demands, and secondly, the quality of light cast should be exceptional, bright-toned, and diffuse. The illumination the light provides should enhance the space it inhabits. This light from Artek is supplied without a bulb.
