Anu Leinonen

Anu Leinonen (born 1957) shaped aesthetically and softly the linen products of Lapuan Kankurit. Her personal style is characterized by purity and usage of natural materials. Anu studied at the Institute of Design at Lahti and worked together with various Finnish clothing manufacturers. She deepened her knowledge in textile design as a student at the Centre de Fomation des Modélistes in Paris. She worked for various French fashion labels for ten years and designed her own textile collection introduced at Maison & Object design fair trade in Paris.
