Skagerak Plank Bench

The Plank Bench from Danish manufacturer Skagerak is light, airy and playful, crafted from FSC-certified teak. From the top of the backrest runs two horizontal planks, ideal for placing a glass of wine, small flowerpots or a lantern at night. This simple bench in Scandinavian design brings summer feeling in every place and is created by Aurelien Barbry. Manufactured in untreated, certified teak wood, which allow one to choose how to preserve the teak. Eighter the teak may be left untreated, in which case it will develop a beautiful grey patina over time and will only require a minimum of cleaning. Or the untreated teak can be oiled with a suitable teak oil. Depending on in which climate, it is to be used, oiling may be required a couple of times a year. We recommend to store this bench during winter in a dry room.
