The pattern, designed by Maija Isola Unikko, is one of the most popular prints by Markimekko. The Unikko bowl is designed in typically simple Scandinavian style by Sami Ruotsalainen.

The Unikko tableware collection consists of cups and a teapot in black and red.

The bowl is made of porcelain and can be used in the oven or in the microwave and cleaned in the dishwasher.
