Louis Poulsen Panthella 500 Floor Lamp - Exhibit

This Panthella floor lamp is a well-preserved exhibit. Panthella is a Scandinavian design icon. The lamp was designed in 1971 by Verner Panton and it has an organic shape typical for Panton. The floor lamp in retro-look is considered as of the Pantons best known light designs. The principle behind Panthella lamp is that both the base and the lamp shade act as a reflector. Panthella floor lamp emits a soft and comfortable illumination downwards due to the inner white painted shade. The trumphet shaped base acts as a reflector spreading the light diffusely in the room.
