The Metsä (forest) ceiling designed by Tong Ren reflects the designers' interest in nature. "It's peaceful, but full of textures," Tong describes. On a walk in Lammassaari, Helsinki, even looking at the same tree can give rise to a different idea every time. " It is always important for me to think about how tiny I am compared to nature," he muses.
The Metsä blanket is woven in the highest quality from South American and Australian wool at the weaving mill in Lapua, Finland.
