The purpose of this data storage is to be able to deliver the data you have purchased to the address you require and to ensure that the invoice amount is charged according to your credit card information. By purchasing products from us, you consent to the processing of the data you provide to complete the purchase process, for a statistical evaluation of user behavior and to improve our products and services. This consent serves as our legal basis for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

1.2.3 Newsletter

As soon as you create your own account, you can subscribe to our newsletter. We will send this to the email address you provided. For this we use the data you entered when you created the account. By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to us using your data to send the newsletter regularly to the specified email address, for statistical analysis of user behavior and to improve the newsletter. Your consent serves as our legal basis for processing your e-mail address within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We are entitled to commission third parties with the technical processing of advertising measures and to pass on your data for this purpose (more on this below, Section III). If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the contact details above. In addition, each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. Your personal data will be deleted after you unsubscribe. In order to improve our newsletter, the data will only be processed further in an anonymous form.

2. Use of your data for advertising purposes

To personalize products and information, we use data that we store and analyze about you when you visit our website. Cookies can also be used in this context (see below, Section V). As part of the analysis of your user behavior, an anonymous user profile is created. No non-anonymized usage data is used for this. We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data stored by us against manipulation, loss and unauthorized access as best as possible. As new technologies become available, we update these measures. Within our website we use the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the respective highest level of encryption supported by your browser.

Sofficial employees are obliged to data secrecy and comply with data protection regulations.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to enable you to use our website comfortably. These are small information files that are stored on your computer's hard drive with the help of your Internet browser. We do not receive or store any additional personal data about you by using cookies. You can switch off the use of cookies by changing the settings on your computer.

1. Facebook / Instagram

APlugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our website. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like-Button" ("Like") on our website. When you visit our website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. 2. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. 3. Google Remarketing

With this function, the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics can be linked to the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-related, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC). Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager on our website. This collects data about user behavior on our website and forwards it to our analysis tools. Google Tag Manager does not have access to the data, it only collects the data. Since the Google Tag Manager does not process any personal data per se, reference is made to the statements on the respective tracking services and to the Google Tag Manager usage guidelines. Google Conversion Linker

We use Google Conversion Linker to prevent the cookies set by Google Conversion Tracking from being stored for longer than 24 hours if cross-website tracking is prevented.

Pinterest

We use plugins from Pinterest on our website. These functions are offered by Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When you visit our website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Pinterest server via the plugin. Pinterest receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. Global Site Tag

Global Site Tag (gtag.js) is a tag management system developed by Google. It is used to track and manage data like traffic, sales, conversions and more from a single line of code. It allows companies to implement tracking tags for various purposes such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and more.

Bing Ads

We use Microsoft Advertising on our website, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA ("Microsoft"). Microsoft Advertising helps us to analyze the user behavior of visitors to our website if users have reached our website via a Microsoft ad. To do this, Microsoft places cookies on visitors' devices when a visitor arrives at our site using Microsoft services. This allows us and Microsoft to recognize when someone has reached us via an ad on a Microsoft site. We only learn the total number of users who have reached our site via a Microsoft ad. No personal information of the users is communicated. We use Bing Ads to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. If we ask users for their consent, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. 11. Use of external media and content

As part of our online offer, it may happen that content from third parties is also included on our website.
